The LoftyBot service is sold in a subscription model. There are three models listed at https:\/\/loftybot.net\/subscription-plans\/<\/a><\/p>\n


In the subscription model, the fee is charged every period of time specified in the plan. The subscription may be canceled at any time by the user. It could be done in three ways. Cancel on the Account – Subscriptions tab  https:\/\/loftybot.net\/account\/<\/a> or in PayPal or Stripe account or by contacting the administrator https:\/\/loftybot.net\/contact\/<\/a><\/p>\n

All OTS servers on which the program runs are listed here https:\/\/loftybot.net\/ots-supports-list\/<\/a> Servers not included in the list may not work properly, however, if they are popular, the loftybot will be adapted to them after the update. You can also ask the admin to update if you need.

The program may not run properly. Most often it results from unreading or not watching the guide, as well as the anti-virus so first of all, please read the tutorials on the website and in the Tutorial PDF file. You can always count on help by writing on the contact page, Instagram profile or Facebook.

The purchased subscription may be the subject of a complaint if the program does not work properly on one of the OTS servers listed on the OTS Supports List<\/a> and it is not a problem related to failure to read the documentation and guides.

The complaint should also be submitted before the end of the subscription period. If the buyer submits a complaint after the subscription period has ended without a message to the support describing the problem, it is reasonable to claim that the buyer has used the program for the entire time of the subscription and wants a refund unjustifiably.

Any information you provide on these forums will not be disclosed to any third party without your complete consent, although the staff cannot be held liable for any hacking attempt in which your data is compromised.<\/p>\n
