You have to download HP IMG Shadow Illusion

And replace this img in folder img/help. 

In choose OTS Tab click VisionOT.

Click Adapt Battlelist in main tab and it working.

For TibiaScape OTS https://tibiascape.com/

You have to download HP IMG TibiaScape

Rename this image to hp_img_visionot.bmp and replace this img in folder img/help.

In choose OTS Tab click VisionOT.

Click Adapt Battlelist in main tab and it working.
